30 Day Return Policy

Ready-to-wear from the boutique

Ready-to-wear pieces purchased from the House of Lorraine boutique may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided:

- The piece is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags are attached
- You have the original receipt

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Bespoke commissions

Bespoke commissions are made-to-measure for the individual client. Because each piece is unique, bespoke commissions are not refundable. We do offer:

- Multiple fittings during the build to catch fit issues before completion
- Free workmanship corrections after delivery if our craftsmanship is at fault
- An open conversation about any concerns - we want you to love your piece

Alterations

Alterations are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are not satisfied with the result, please bring the piece back so we can address the specific issue.

Shipping

Return shipping for ready-to-wear is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit. In that case, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
